Warehouse Associate (Picker/Packer)
We're placing Warehouse Associates for a high-volume distribution operation in Londonderry, NH. In this role, you'll be pushing carts through the warehouse, picking and packing smaller items quickly and accurately. No prior warehouse experience is required — some of the best people in this role have come from restaurants, healthcare, and other fast-paced jobs where keeping up and staying focused matters.
Responsibilities:
- Push carts throughout the warehouse floor to fulfill orders
- Pick and pack smaller, modular items per order specifications
- Maintain accuracy and speed to hit daily productivity goals
- Keep your area organized and work safely at all times
- Work alongside a collaborative team in a busy, friendly environment
- Stay until the shift's work is complete
Qualifications:
- No warehouse experience required (Fast-paced backgrounds preferred including restaurants, healthcare, retail, etc.)
- Ability to be on your feet and move quickly for the full shift
- Reliable with strong attendance record is a must
- Ability to push carts and handle repetitive physical tasks
- Positive attitude and genuine work ethic
Additonal Information:
- Location: Londonderry, NH
- Type: Temp-to-Hire
- Hourly Pay: $18.00 (Increase once converted to permanent employee)
- Schedule: 8:30am - 6:00pm (M-F)
