Construction Project Manager

Location: Hyattsville, MD (Covering DC/MD/VA Region)

This role leads high-visibility projects ranging from mid-six figures to multimillion dollar scopes. You’ll take full ownership of execution, keep crews moving, keep clients informed, and keep schedules and budgets intact. What You’ll Do:

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout with full responsibility for scheduling, safety, production tracking, and daily execution
• Manage multiple active jobs with disciplined forecasting, documentation, and field oversight
• Conduct site walks, plan access solutions like swing stages and lifts, and coordinate materials and deliveries
• Keep subcontractors, foremen, and crews aligned and moving in the right direction
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, permits, cost control, and change management
• Apply deep understanding of building envelope systems including masonry, concrete, stucco, and waterproofing membranes
• Navigate digital platforms such as Procore, CRM tools, and client portals for transparency and documentation
• Partner with Estimators on handoffs and support accurate labor tracking and margin protection throughout the life of each job

What You’ll Need:

• 2 years of experience in exterior restoration, waterproofing, or structural repair project management
• Strong field awareness and sequencing knowledge with the ability to lead crews effectively
• Hands-on familiarity with lifts, suspended scaffolding, shoring, garage repair, façade repair, coatings, and sealants
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, CRM platforms, and a willingness to adopt and learn new technology
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfort in a fast moving, low-ego culture with early start times and occasional Saturday work
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
