Jenkins Plumbing Company, LC is seeking a dependable and organized Office Support Coordinator to assist with daily office operations at our Myrtle Beach location. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and can help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Position Details

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• 7:30am–4:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Update and maintain daily schedules
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Assist with general office and administrative support tasks
• Communicate with field staff, customers, and management as needed
• Help maintain organization of office files and documents
• Support daily operational workflow for the branch

Qualifications

• Previous office or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills required
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Experience with scheduling or dispatching is a plus
