The Specification Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting customer inquiries & facilitating the accuracy of JSI’s e-tools. This role involves collaborating closely with both internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless communication of JSI's products and services. Responsibilities include assisting with customer quotes and drawings, conducting spec checks, addressing general product questions, and ensuring the accuracy of JSI’s e-tools.
Skills/Competencies: Attention to detail; ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, coworkers and supervisors; experience with CET and SPEC software; strong problem-solving skills; ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (e.g., dimensions, pricing, and quantities); understanding of design spaces and spatial relationships; effective project and time management
