What are the responsibilities and job description for the Advanced Industrial Maintenance Technician position at JASPER GROUP?
We’re looking for a hands-on problem solver with a passion for precision and reliability to join our team as an Advanced Industrial Maintenance Technician! This full-time position supports our production facilities in Jasper or Orleans, IN, working with woodworking, panel processing, and metal fabrication equipment.
Skills:
- 5 years of industrial maintenance experience (wood and metal preferred)
- Proficiency with mechanical, electrical, and control systems
- Ability to read technical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
- Solutions-driven mindset and high attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree or technical certification (Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, etc.)
- Familiarity with PLC systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.)
- Experience with LEAN manufacturing or TPM
