Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a high school football and baseball coach, which gave me a strong foundation in leadership, teamwork, and helping others reach their potential. I attended Troy and Auburn, and I'm a proud husband and father of six. Family and sports are a huge part of my life, and I love staying involved in my kids' athletic activities.
I'm passionate about giving back to our community, especially through youth sports. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Salary : $35,000 - $50,000
