About YOU: If you are a driven Attorney with strong communication and interpersonal skills, we would love to add you to our dynamic PIP team. The ideal candidate must be a people person, team player, and business-minded to handle all aspects of PIP claims, including demand, discovery, hearings, trial, and appeal.
In this role you will:
- Manage a large case load.
- Attend depositions and hearings.
- Preparation of various legal documents including motions, memorandums and discovery.
- Respond to complaints, discovery requests and file motions with the court as needed.
- Handle all aspects of litigation up and through trial of the case and assisting Senior Attorneys in trial.
- Delegate to a team of paralegals and legal assistants.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of litigation experience (preferred).
- 1-2 years of PIP (Personal Injury Protection) experience (preferred).
- Must be in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar.
- Excellent communication, speaking, customer service, interpersonal, organizational, decision making and relationship building skills.
- Ability to be a team player and work in a fast pace atmosphere.
- Candidates must be organized, detail oriented, comfortable working independently, possess excellent follow up skills and be able to consistently meet deadlines.
