Identify new opportunities to protect families and businesses by assessing their unique insurance needs.
Engage with potential clients through face-to-face meetings and community-focused outreach efforts.
Manage and nurture a growing list of client relationships by providing ongoing support and annual reviews.
Prepare clear, accurate quotes that help clients understand exactly how their coverage protects them.
Maintain an organized workflow to ensure every client receives timely follow-up and attention.
Collaborate with our agency team to improve our service processes and reach our collective goals.
Washington State Property and Casualty insurance license.
Demonstrated history of successful sales performance or direct customer service experience.
Strong comfort level with utilizing computer systems and insurance software.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex details simply.
Self-driven personality with a desire to connect with members of the local community.
