About the RoleWe are looking for motivated, coachable, high-performance agents who know how to build relationships, follow up consistently, and turn leads into closings.
You will work with buyers and sellers, manage active opportunities, guide clients through the transaction process, and deliver a high level of service from first contact to closing table.
If you are tired of teams with no direction, weak support, or a lot of hype and no results, this may be the right fit.
What You’ll Do- Work with buyers and sellers through every step of the transaction
- Convert leads through strong follow-up and relationship-building
- Manage listings, negotiations, contracts, and client communication
- Keep your pipeline moving without needing constant supervision
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create clients for life
- Plug into proven systems, leadership, and a growth-minded team culture
- Active real estate license in your state
- Minimum of 6 closed transactions in the past 12 months
- Proven lead conversion and follow-up skills
- Strong communication and negotiation ability
- Self-motivated, accountable, and driven
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Able to manage multiple clients and opportunities at once
- Committed to professionalism, service, and production
