Responsibilities:- Proactively engage with potential buyers and sellers through multiple touchpoints
- Follow up consistently using a multi-step communication plan
- Master and implement company-approved sales dialogues and techniques
- Track and report prospecting activity and conversion rates weekly
- Maintain high standards for response time and lead conversion
- Participate in weekly team huddles and coaching sessions
- Real Estate License or close to getting one.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and encouraging referrals.
- Proven track record of successful negotiations, securing favorable terms for clients.
- Strong understanding of local market trends and property values to provide informed advice.
- Excellent communication skills to guide clients through the home-buying process seamlessly.
- Ability to conduct detailed consultations to understand clients' needs and preferences.
- Experience in organizing and leading property tours, offering insightful feedback and guidance
