Buyer’s Agent – Growth Opportunity

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000


In this role, you’ll guide buyers through the full home-buying process — from the first consultation and property tours to negotiations and closing. With clear expectations, structured systems, and hands-on coaching, you can stay focused on relationships, follow-up, and production. Support is in place to help keep transactions organized so your time stays centered on clients and conversions.

Compensation:

$112,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with potential buyers and sellers through multiple touchpoints
  • Follow up consistently using a multi-step communication plan
  • Master and implement company-approved sales dialogues and techniques
  • Track and report prospecting activity and conversion rates weekly
  • Maintain high standards for response time and lead conversion
  • Participate in weekly team huddles and coaching sessions
Qualifications:
  • Real Estate License or close to getting one.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and encouraging referrals.
  • Proven track record of successful negotiations, securing favorable terms for clients.
  • Strong understanding of local market trends and property values to provide informed advice.
  • Excellent communication skills to guide clients through the home-buying process seamlessly.
  • Ability to conduct detailed consultations to understand clients' needs and preferences.
  • Experience in organizing and leading property tours, offering insightful feedback and guidance
