Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the Plumbing and HVAC service departments.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of service technicians.
- Monitor technician performance, productivity, and revenue goals.
- Conduct regular training, ride-alongs, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns.
- Review service calls, estimates, and invoices for accuracy.
- Collaborate with dispatch and customer service teams to maximize efficiency.
- Track department KPIs, sales, profitability, and overall performance.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new technicians.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on growth and accountability.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of Plumbing and/or HVAC industry experience.
- Previous management or supervisory experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Experience with ServiceTitan preferred.
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Pay: $27.00 - $40.00 per hour
