Jason Lewis Chevrolet in Livingston, Tennessee is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our service team.
We are looking for a dependable, motivated technician who takes pride in quality work and wants a steady opportunity at a growing dealership. GM/Chevrolet experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider experienced technicians from other manufacturers or independent repair facilities.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair customer vehicles accurately and efficiently
- Perform engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and other mechanical repairs
- Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle concerns
- Clearly document diagnosis, repairs, and recommendations
- Complete repairs according to manufacturer procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work with advisors and parts personnel to keep repairs moving through the shop
Qualifications
- Previous professional automotive repair experience preferred
- GM/Chevrolet experience is a plus
- ASE or GM certifications are a plus but not required
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Ability to use modern scan tools and diagnostic equipment
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Must have your own technician tools
- Dependable, productive, and able to work as part of a team
