**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, ensuring that our facilities are in pristine condition. If you have a keen eye for detail and take pride in your work, we would love to hear from you. **Duties:** - Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming - Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed - Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms - Perform floor care duties including buffing, waxing, and polishing floors - Assist with porter duties such as moving furniture and equipment as required - Conduct industrial cleaning tasks in accordance with safety guidelines - Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance issues **Requirements:** - Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles - Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and techniques - Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery effectively - Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently - Familiarity with residential painting is a plus - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently If you are passionate about cleanliness and maintenance, possess the necessary skills, and are ready to contribute to a welcoming environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.
