Sales Consultant - Job Description:
Develop relationships with customers, identify vehicle preferences, and make sure everyone has a first rate buying experience.
Sales Consultant - Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and identify type of vehicle in inventory that meets their needs
- Lead customers through buying process using established selling steps
- Explain features and demonstrate operation of vehicle on test drives
- Communicate sales price including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount
- Close deals!
- Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales
- Maintain owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business
- Prospect to generate a stream of customers that visit and inquire about purchasing a vehicle from you!
Sales Consultant - Job Requirements:
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Outgoing and persuasive with a positive attitude
- Basic computer skills
- Professional, well-groomed appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
