My father served this community as a State Farm agent for more than 30 years, and I take great pride in carrying that torch forward — helping our neighbors protect what matters most and prepare for the future.
I graduated from Union College with a B.S. in Mathematics, where I was also a member of the golf team. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jason Goh - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Salary : $45,000 - $70,000
