My father served this community as a State Farm agent for more than 30 years, and I take great pride in carrying that torch forward — helping our neighbors protect what matters most and prepare for the future.
I graduated from Union College with a B.S. in Mathematics, where I was also a member of the golf team. Outside the office, you’ll find me spending time with my wife, Dana and our two daughters, Jaid and Emma. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jason Goh - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Salary : $45,000 - $75,000
