Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell or cross-sell when appropriate
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and sales
- Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed
Requirements
- Strong background in customer service with a focus on quality and professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outgoing, personable demeanor with professional phone etiquette
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay efficient in a fast-paced environment

- Prior customer service, call center, sales, or insurance experience preferred
- Insurance industry experience a plus but not required
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Minnesota insurance license (state exam required if not currently licensed)
- Ability to follow company and agency policies and guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework a plus)
Salary : $35,000 - $90,000
