Our services include air and ocean freight forwarding, contract logistics, customs brokerage, distribution, inbound logistics, truckload brokerage and other supply chain management services, including consulting, the coordination of purchase orders and customized management services.

This role has 2 openings within the accounting department, an Accounts Payable Overhead and Accounts Payable Trucking. Both roles will work closely with branch locations, outside vendors, and internal JAS staff to ensure invoices are processed timely and resolve any disputes.
Essential Functions :
- Process invoices, and payment requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support other AP team members with invoice coding, approvals, and data entry.
- Assist in reconciling vendor statements, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely payments.
- Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing AP reports and reconciliations.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.
