Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or marketing
- Ability to work on-site four days per week
- Experience with ATS platforms and familiarity with CRM or marketing tools
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Must reside in Minnesota at the time of employment
- Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates
- Experience in the veterinary or healthcare industry is a plus
- Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with veterinarians across multiple platforms
- Conduct proactive outreach and screening conversations to evaluate candidate qualifications, interest, and alignment with opportunities
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and career fairs (both virtual and in-person)
- Execute marketing initiatives that elevate brand awareness across the veterinary community
- Maintain and manage a comprehensive candidate database
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to assess workforce needs and align hiring priorities
- Coordinate social media and digital outreach campaigns
