Veterinarian Practice Manager – Minneapolis MN

The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing a variety of coordination, supervisory, and operational functions within the hospital. This role focuses on veterinary hospital administration, executing operational plans, staff training, ordering and maintaining supplies and equipment, staffing, safety and security, and supporting the hospital’s long-term sustainability. The Practice Manager reports directly to the Partner DVM or the Chief Veterinary Officer.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3 years veterinary experience
• Minimum 3 year of management experience in any industry
• Hospital budget management experience
• Proficiency in veterinary practice management systems and processes
• Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and continuous learning
  
  

Scope:

• Lead and effectively utilize a high-performing support staff
• Ensure the medical staff and facility remain compliant with all applicable federal rules and regulations
• Ensure all licenses remain current and compliant with state and federal regulations.
• Provide input and suggestions to support the continual improvement of the practice environment

The compensation for this position ranges from $45,500.00 - $65,000.00/yr classified as hourly non-exempt and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills, job-related knowledge, and experience.
