On-Screen Talent

Xander Brand Equilibrium is seeking On-Screen Talent to become part of a rotating ensemble cast appearing across multiple recurring productions.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy entertaining others, and are comfortable stepping into situations where the outcome is unknown and the reactions are genuine. Cast members may participate in structured debates, creative competitions, comedy games, social deduction formats, artistic challenges, discussion programs, and experimental entertainment concepts.

We are not necessarily looking for actors. We are looking for interesting, engaging people with strong personalities who can contribute to cast chemistry and audience engagement.

• Appear as recurring talent in Equilibrium productions
• Participate in games, challenges, debates, and entertainment formats
• Collaborate with fellow cast members and production staff
• Contribute ideas for episodes, recurring segments, and show concepts
• Engage authentically on camera while maintaining professionalism
• Attend scheduled productions and rehearsals when required
• Assist in promoting content through social media and community engagement opportunities

• Age 18
• Comfortable appearing on camera
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation for in-person productions in Central North Carolina
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative cast environment
• Comfortable with improvisation, unscripted content, and spontaneous situations

• Experience in acting, improv, theater, debate, comedy, podcasting, streaming, or content creation
• Public speaking experience
• Strong storytelling ability
• Experience working in team-based creative environments
• Existing audience-building or social media experience

Xander Brand Equilibrium is the flagship ensemble entertainment division of Xander Brand Digital, focused on creating personality-driven comedy, competition, discussion, and variety content.

Built around a recurring cast of creators, performers, and personalities, Equilibrium combines the energy of modern creator collectives with the chemistry of a comedy troupe. Inspired by productions from Smosh, Mythical Entertainment, Dropout, and 2nd Try, our goal is to develop a cast audiences return for just as much as the content itself.

Our programming includes recurring series built around debates, games, challenges, creative projects, deception mechanics, improv, and personality-driven entertainment.

This position is currently offered on a deferred compensation and profit-sharing basis.

As an early-stage production, compensation is tied to the future financial performance of Xander Brand Equilibrium projects. Selected talent may be eligible for revenue-sharing opportunities based on participation, contribution, and project performance. Specific terms will be discussed during the selection process.
