What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dump Truck Driver/Equipment Operator position at Jarvis Tree Service, INC?
The candidate we are looking to fill this position would have the capacity to float between operating grapple truck, dump truck, and crane as well as operating equipment such as a backhoe, excavator and dozer. This will require a CDL and an adequate driving record. The driver should understand the importance of driving/operating equipment with obstacles like low wires, tight roadways, and keeping the equipment safe .We would want the candidate to be willing to attend crane operating school in order to receive a crane operator certification, Jarvis Tree Service would bear the expense of the schooling, with the stipulation the candidate would sign a work agreement.
The hours of work are flexible depending on demand of the service needed at the time. Appearance will play a part as we do NOT allow earrings or offensive tattoos. We represent a company that is friendly to the elderly and they are old fashion.
