What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Machinist - Entry Level position at Jarvis Inc?
Jarvis Inc is looking for a motivated individual for a full-time or part-time, entry level machinist position. We are a manufacturing company in the firearms industry.
Primary responsibilities
- Operating deep hole drills, reamers, and broaches
- Operating 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC mills
- Operating 2-axis CNC lathes
Preferred Experience (Not Required):
- 1 year CNC machining experience (mill and lathe)
- Familiar with HAAS and FANUC controls
- Familiar with G and M code
- Proficient with measuring instruments including dial calipers, micrometers, height gages
Education:
- High school or equivalent
