We are seeking an Office Representative/ HR Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical, administrative with a mix of HR functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Recruiting new staff
- Able to conduct any other HR and Office assistant duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields (preferred)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be bilingual (Spanish)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Work Location: In person
