Duties

- Assist with front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and preparing documents.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Help with office management tasks such as inventory tracking and ordering supplies.
- Maintain an organized workspace to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer systems with strong skills in Google Suite applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
