JARS Cannabis is seeking an experienced and skilled Cannabis Trimmer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our cultivation center, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high-quality standards that JARS Cannabis is known for.
PAY : $16 / hour
SCHEDULE : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm
Qualifications :
- Experience : Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience as a cannabis trimmer in a commercial cultivation setting.
- Speed and Precision : Demonstrated ability to hand trim a minimum of 2 lbs of cannabis per day with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
- Compliance : Familiarity with and commitment to compliance with state regulations regarding cannabis cultivation.
- Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Adaptability : Flexibility to adjust to changes in trimming methods, strains, and production schedules.
- Passion : Genuine passion for the cannabis industry and a commitment to delivering top-quality products.
- Reliability : Consistent attendance and reliability are essential for this role.
