About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support and technical assistance for end users across multiple locations.
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve issues via Freshservice or other ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software, including POS systems, printers, tablets, laptops, and scanners.
- Manage user account setup, password resets, MFA, and role-based access controls (RBAC).
- Configure and maintain workstations, inventory stations, and print servers remotely.
- Support basic networking issues (device connectivity, static IP configuration, printer setups).
- Monitor network dashboards (Unifi or similar) and escalate infrastructure issues when required.
- Document resolutions, maintain SOPs, and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
- Partner with senior IT staff for escalated or advanced troubleshooting.
Training Schedule (Temporary)
- Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Wednesday - Friday | 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Saturday - Sunday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 1 year of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support (preferred, but not required).
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, and networking fundamentals.
- Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to guide non-technical users.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Freshservice, Zendesk, ServiceNow, or similar).
- Experience with POS systems and retail technology is a plus.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
