Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve help desk tickets via Freshservice, providing technical support to end users.
- Troubleshoot and support a wide range of hardware and systems including POS terminals, scanners, printers, tablets, and laptops.
- Manage user access including password resets, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Remotely configure and maintain workstations, inventory stations, and print servers.
- Address basic network issues including connectivity problems, static IP configuration, and printer setup.
- Monitor network dashboards (e.g., Unifi) and escalate infrastructure issues when necessary.
- Follow IT security policies and assist with compliance requirements related to access and data integrity.
- Document ticket resolutions and contribute to the development of internal knowledge base and SOPs.
- Work alongside senior IT staff on escalated or complex support issues.

Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Windows operating systems, PC hardware, and networking basics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to effectively walk end users through problem-solving steps over the phone or chat.
- Experience using a help desk ticketing platform such as Freshservice preferred.
- Familiarity with retail technology and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends based on the posted schedule.
