Key Responsibilities:
Prepare donut dough according to established recipes and procedures.- Operate and maintain donut fryer safely and effectively.
- Monitor frying times and oil temperature to ensure quality and consistency.
- Glaze, sugar, or finish donuts as required.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, following food safety and health standards.
- Assist with production of other bakery items as needed.
- Track product counts and minimize waste.
- Communicate with team members to ensure timely completion of orders.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous bakery or food production experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a hot environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product consistency.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
Schedule:
Second Shift- Weekend and holiday availability required.
