Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Warren, OH. The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communications to support customers with load information, scheduling, and general inquiries. This role includes accurately entering and updating customer and shipment information in company systems, coordinating with dispatch and operations teams, and tracking shipments to provide timely updates. The representative will resolve issues, escalate complex concerns when needed, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed records, supporting billing or documentation needs, and contributing to a positive, professional customer experience in a fast-paced transportation environment.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused skills, including experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and enhancing Customer Experience.
- Ability to contribute to high Customer Satisfaction levels, preferably in a transportation, logistics, or related service environment.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and the ability to learn industry-specific software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business, logistics, or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in trucking, logistics, or transportation customer service is beneficial but not required.
