We are seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Job Captain with 5 years experience to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Lead the preparation of architectural drawings and documentation using software such as ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Revit, and MicroStation.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to develop design concepts and schematics.
- Coordinate project tasks and timelines to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements.
- Review and provide feedback on design proposals, ensuring compliance with zoning laws and building codes.
- Utilize graphic design skills to create compelling presentations for clients.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout all phases of development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in architectural design software including ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, Sketchup, MicroStation, Rhinoceros 3D, and Bluebeam.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building systems, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- A degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Previous experience as an Architectural Job Captain or similar role is a plus.
