Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager, based in Chesterfield, Missouri. The Assistant General Manager will oversee daily store operations, lead staff to achieve sales goals, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include supervising and supporting team members, managing inventory, executing sales strategies, maintaining store visual standards, and addressing customer concerns. This role also involves contributing to profitability by fostering team performance and managing operational expenses effectively.
