Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Boynton Beach, FL. The Sales Associate will provide an outstanding customer service experience by assisting clients in selecting fine jewelry pieces, engaging in personalized consultations, and maintaining product knowledge. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, contributing to store merchandising, ensuring the proper care of displayed merchandise, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere within the store.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in customer service, with the ability to create positive and personalized experiences for clients
• Sales experience and the ability to meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
• Attention to detail and organization for managing inventory, maintaining displays, and assisting with store operations
• Prior experience in retail or luxury goods, particularly jewelry, is a plus
• Passion for learning about fine jewelry, gemstones, and current trends
• Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a background in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred
