Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Luxury Manager located in Portage, MI. The Luxury Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage team performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include guiding customers through the buying process, maintaining a deep knowledge of fine jewelry products, achieving sales goals, and leading employee training programs to ensure exceptional service. The Luxury Manager will also focus on building customer relationships and assisting in the development of marketing initiatives to drive store growth.
Qualifications
- Proven sales, customer engagement, and ability to achieve targets in a luxury retail or jewelry environment
- Management, team leadership, and employee coaching skills
- Knowledge and understanding of high-quality materials such as 18K gold and diamond jewelry
- Strong communication, relationship building, and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to develop and implement sales and customer service strategies
- Ability to work in an on-site environment and provide hands-on leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience is acceptable
- Prior experience in luxury retail, jewelry sales, or customer relationship management is highly desirable
