Role Description The Jewelry Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Kennesaw, GA. In this position, you will engage guests on the sales floor, actively listen to their needs, and guide them through jewelry selections that match their style, budget, and special occasions. You will present product features and benefits, explain care and maintenance, and assist with services such as sizing, repairs, and custom orders. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product displays, ensuring cases are clean and secure, processing sales transactions with accuracy, and meeting or exceeding individual and store sales goals. You will collaborate with team members to support store events, follow company policies and security procedures, and provide a consistently positive and inclusive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and overall communication skills to connect with diverse customers and team members.
- Demonstrated customer service and customer experience skills, with a focus on creating welcoming, personalized, and memorable interactions.
- Retail sales skills, including consultative selling, product presentation, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Interest in or experience with jewelry design, fine jewelry, gemstones, and current fashion trends, with a willingness to learn product details.
- Ability to work on-site in Kennesaw, GA, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Attention to detail, reliability in handling transactions and merchandise, and adherence to security and safety procedures.
- Previous retail or luxury sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in retail, design, or business is a plus.
