This is not a passive service role—this is an opportunity for someone who wants to build skills, earn commissions, and grow within a performance-driven office.

What You’ll Do
- Handle incoming and outbound calls with prospects and existing clients
- Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, and Life insurance
- Review policies, make coverage recommendations, and cross-sell when appropriate
- Follow structured follow-up and CRM workflows
- Provide excellent service while identifying additional protection opportunities
- Participate in weekly training, coaching, and role-play
- Hit and exceed daily activity and production goals
What We’re Looking For
- Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated
- Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)
- Comfortable with sales conversations and asking for the business
- Organized and able to follow systems
- Prior insurance experience is a plus but not required
- Active insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain quickly
