What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and maintain a productive daily schedule
- Welcome patients and create an outstanding first impression
- Discuss and sequence treatment plans with confidence and clarity
- Answer patient questions regarding recommended treatment
- Present financial arrangements in a knowledgeable, compassionate manner
- Work closely with our clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A warm, professional, service-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a team environment
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle complex scheduling and patient inquiries confidently
- Experience in a dental office is required; clinical dental experience is a plus
- Proficiency with dental office management software, CDT billing codes, and interacting with dental insurance
- Comfort discussing treatment plans, scheduling, and financial arrangements
- Most importantly, someone who finds genuine fulfillment in caring for and serving others
