Direct Support Professional (Full Time) – Weekends and Weekdays Required – Sign‑On Bonus!
JARC Florida is hiring caring and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our group homes.

What You’ll Do
- Support residents with daily living skills to provide personal care, cooking, cleaning, and household tasks
- Help clients and support them in independence, life skills, and appropriate social behaviors
- Document daily progress and communicate with the team
- Administer medications (paid training provided)
- Support Judaic programming and follow JARC policies
Schedule
All positions are full-time and include weekend shifts:
- Saturdays & Sundays: 12‑hour shifts (overnight or days)
- Weekdays: 4‑hour shifts (mornings or afternoons)
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Florida Driver’s License & clean driving record
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to pass background checks & drug screening
- Experience in direct care, caregiving, or human services preferred
- Home Health Aide (HHA) certification a plus
- Must be able to lift/move 10–15 lbs. and assist in emergencies
