What You’ll Do
- Serve as acting CEO when needed, providing confident and collaborative leadership.
- Build and refine systems, tools, and processes that strengthen program delivery and operational excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and empower staff at all levels through supportive, high-performance leadership.
- Ensure job roles and responsibilities are clear, aligned, and positioned for success.
- Drive organization-wide IT strategy and innovation.
- Oversee fiscal operations—including audits, financial reporting, and responsible fund management.
- Guide residential operations, compliance functions, and client services with care and accountability.
- Partner on strategic initiatives, moving the organization forward with purpose and momentum.
- Champion committee organization and actively participate in key meetings.
- Provide oversight for day‑to‑day business operations, programs, and services.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required, master’s in business, human services, or a related field preferred.
- 10 years of relevant leadership experience.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and comfort navigating technology and systems.
- Exceptional leadership presence, with the ability to communicate clearly and inspire confidence.
- A track record of driving results, managing complex initiatives, and meeting strategic deadlines.
