JARC Florida is hiring compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a warm, structured group home environment. Our mission is to help extraordinary individuals live ordinary lives.

What You’ll Do
- Support residents with daily living skills to provide personal care, hygiene, cooking, housekeeping.
- Assist residents with independence, life skills, and social skills.
- Build positive relationships and support emotional well‑being.
- Help with medication administration (training provided).
- Complete documentation: notes, reports, communication logs.
- Support Judaic programming and maintain JARC policies.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment.
Schedule
All positions include:
- Saturday Sunday: 12‑hour shifts (overnight or days)
- Weekdays: 4‑hour shifts (morning or afternoon)
Steady, predictable hours every week.
Requirements
- Valid Florida Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Able to pass background check & drug screening.
- Experience as a caregiver or in human services preferred.
- Home Health Aide (HHA) or CNA certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift/move 10–15 lbs. and assist in emergencies.
