Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver – Full Time – Weekend Shifts – Paid Training Sign‑On Bonus

JARC Florida is hiring compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a warm, structured group home environment. Our mission is to help extraordinary individuals live ordinary lives.

What You’ll Do

• Support residents with daily living skills to provide personal care, hygiene, cooking, housekeeping.
• Assist residents with independence, life skills, and social skills.
• Build positive relationships and support emotional well‑being.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Complete documentation: notes, reports, communication logs.
• Support Judaic programming and maintain JARC policies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment.

Schedule

All positions include:

• Saturday Sunday: 12‑hour shifts (overnight or days)
• Weekdays: 4‑hour shifts (morning or afternoon)

Steady, predictable hours every week. 

Requirements

• Valid Florida Driver’s License 
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to pass background check & drug screening.
• Experience as a caregiver or in human services preferred.
• Home Health Aide (HHA) or CNA certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift/move 10–15 lbs. and assist in emergencies.
