Plumbing Projects Apprentice

As an excavation apprentice you will be training in our excavation department.  Working with a team of professional sewer installers serving clients with unmatched quality installations and replacements.  Along the way you will be learning how to or improving your skills in excavation, underground drainage and water pipe installation. Growth in this position is important to our team, our clients and your own success.  Safety is our middle name and we take it very seriously.

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

• Assist plumbers in completing work orders and maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Learn and improve skills in excavation, underground drainage, and water pipe installation
• Field duties include operating company vehicle in safe and courteous manner
• Communicate in a professional manner when in uniform
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing questions or concerns as needed
• Observe all safety requirements
• Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. (We can help you with this!)

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various physical conditions
• Prior plumbing and/or excavation experience/exposure is a plus
• Solid interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills 
• A desire to learn and become a licensed plumber and willingness to study for an exam

Salary : $17 - $20
