Responsibility Summary - QA Inspector - CMM Programmer:
- Inspection of CNC machined parts including CMM inspections (both programming and operation)
- Documentation of inspection results
- Generate Nonconforming Product Reports (NCP) for rejected parts/assemblies at all phases of manufacturing/production
- Final Assembly inspections and first article inspections
- Upkeep of inspection control plans
Qualification Summary - QA Inspector - CMM Programmer:
- 2 years of experience performing quality inspections on CNC machined parts
- Experience utilizing precision measurement tools inclusive of CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
- Ability to operate and program CMM's
- Basic math skills, ability to read and interpret blueprints, experience working in tight tolerances
- Microsoft excel experience preferred
