- Use your expertise inmechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenanceto troubleshoot and repair
- Execute a robust Preventive Maintenance (PM) program and develop Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) checklists to reduce unplanned downtime
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on chronic failures; recommend design and process improvements
- Calibrate sensors, drives, and instrumentation; update PLC/HMI logic to optimize cycle times
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and mechanical blueprints
- Maintain detailed CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) records for compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, ISO 9001, and lean-manufacturing KPIs
- Collaborate with Engineering and Production to install and commission new capital equipment
- Champion 5S, Kaizen, and continuous-improvement projects focused on safety, OEE, and cost reduction
- 3 years as a Maintenance Technician / Industrial Mechanic / Millwright in a high-volume manufacturing plant
- Advanced skills in industrial electrical (480 V, three-phase), PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens), servo drives, motor controls, VFDs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical power transmission
- Strong understanding of lockout/tagout (LOTO), machine guarding, and industrial safety standards
- Willingness to work second- or third-shift and be part of an on-call rotation for emergency repairs
- Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related fieldor equivalent journeyman/apprenticeship experience
