What You'll Do
- Provide field engineering support during construction and installation activities
- Work directly with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Monitor field activities to ensure compliance with design requirements
- Assist with technical troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Conduct inspections and support quality assurance efforts
- Coordinate field changes and construction documentation updates
- Support project schedules and daily construction activities
- Participate in equipment testing, commissioning, and startup activities
- Promote a safe and efficient jobsite environment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- Experience supporting construction, operations, maintenance, field engineering, or industrial projects
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work onsite in Burley, Idaho
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Industrial construction experience
- Mechanical, electrical, or process systems experience
- Renewable energy, power generation, manufacturing, food processing, or pharmaceutical experience
- Commissioning and startup experience
- Experience working directly with contractors and field personnel
