Key Responsibilities – Customer Support Specialist
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers calling in for service, support, or sales, guiding them to the right solution with patience and professionalism.
- Gather accurate details to create service tickets so dispatchers can assign the right technician.
- Provide clear information on products, services, and pricing when needed.
- Maintain detailed, organized notes in the ticketing system to support scheduling and follow-up.
- Support the service team with additional administrative and customer-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications – Customer Support Specialist
- High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred.
- 1 year of customer service or administrative experience.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, organized environment.

Physical Requirements – Customer Support Specialist
- Primarily sedentary, office-based role; extended periods sitting at a desk using a computer and phone.

- On-site position in Olathe, KS; not eligible for remote or hybrid work.
- No travel required.
- Shift options: Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday, 1:00 pm–10:00 pm; or Friday–Monday, 11:00 am–10:00 pm.
