Position Summary
We are looking for motivated Commercial Cleaning Specialists to perform routine janitorial services at several commercial facilities along an established Sarasota/Bradenton route. This role is ideal for individuals who can work independently, follow established cleaning procedures, and maintain high quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Dust surfaces and remove cobwebs
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Clean interior glass and touchpoints
- Restock consumable supplies as needed
- Secure facilities upon completion of service
- Maintain company quality standards at each location
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Compensation
- Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
- Weekly Gas Stipend Provided

Schedule
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Evening and overnight cleaning hours
- Approximately 12-15 hours per week initially
