Compensation
$70,000–$125,000 per year
Your earnings are based on your experience, productivity, diagnostic ability, and overall contribution to the team. Highly skilled technicians have excellent earning potential.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose drivability and electrical concerns
- Perform check engine light diagnostics
- Complete comprehensive vehicle inspections
- Repair brakes, steering, suspension, and engine systems
- Perform maintenance services to manufacturer standards
- Use modern diagnostic equipment and scan tools
- Document findings through digital vehicle inspections
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and teammates
- Deliver repairs that are accurate, efficient, and built on integrity
Qualifications
We're looking for technicians who are ready to work independently and take ownership of their repairs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional automotive repair experience
- Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles independently
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
- Valid driver's license
- Personal automotive tools
Preferred (Not Required)
- ASE Certifications
- Experience with Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Acura, Nissan, Infiniti, Subaru, or Mazda
- Hybrid vehicle experience
- Advanced electrical diagnostics
- Oscilloscope or advanced scan tool experience
