CDL Driver – Opportunity for Teamsters Local 282 Membership

The Jantile Group is seeking a reliable, professional, and safety-conscious CDL Driver to join our growing team. We are looking for an individual who takes pride in their work, represents the company professionally, and is committed to providing excellent service both on and off the job site.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles in accordance with all DOT regulations and company policies.
- Transport materials, equipment, and supplies to various job sites throughout the five boroughs and the Tri-State area.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs.
- Ensure deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Represent The Jantile Group in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with customers, vendors, contractors, and coworkers.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL License required.
- Clean and verifiable driving record.
- Must consent to a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review as part of the hiring process.
- Ability to pass all pre-employment screening requirements (i.e. drug and alcohol screening)
- Employment is contingent upon compliance with The Jantile Group's drug and alcohol testing program, including random screenings conducted throughout employment in accordance with DOT regulations and company policy.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused.
- Experience operating commercial vehicles preferred.
