We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior FIX Onboarding / Production Support Analyst to support FIX connectivity and trading workflows for equity trading systems.
This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in developing expertise in electronic trading systems, FIX protocol connectivity, and production support within a financial services environment.
The candidate will work closely with trading desks, technology teams, and external clients to ensure reliable operation of FIX gateways and trading applications.
Assist with FIX protocol (4.2 / 4.4) onboarding, including session setup, testing, and configuration.
Monitor and support FIX gateway infrastructure and trading applications in a production environment.
Troubleshoot connectivity issues, message flow problems, and order routing errors.
Support application deployments, releases, and system enhancements.
Analyze system logs and trading messages to identify and resolve technical issues.
Work collaboratively with traders, developers, and external clients to resolve production issues.
Document procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and process improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience (internships or academic projects are acceptable).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of Linux systems administration.
Familiarity with structured messaging formats (e.g., FIX, XML, JSON) is a plus.
Basic scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or Java preferred.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Understanding of FIX protocol concepts.
Exposure to electronic trading systems or financial markets.
Experience analyzing application logs or system monitoring tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment.
Salary : $38
