Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere and enhance their overall experience.
- Manage bar operations efficiently by processing cash transactions accurately using Clover POS
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to promote sales and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist with stock ordering as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during food service events such as banquets or catering to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender with strong cocktail-making skills; fine dining or hospitality industry experience is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and food industry procedures.
- Food safety certification or knowledge of food handling practices; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
- Ability to work fridays
